Edatachase Ltd., once terms and conditions have been agreed and payment terms agreed, will enable an Account holder, who will receive their username and password by email or SMS for their account portal.

Complaints and concerns are posted in-system and will be sent to the Umbrella Administrator and to Edatachase. Investigation and action will be taken appropriately and in a timely manner.
